Juventus Drawn in Group A Alongside Manchester City, RB Leipzig
Juventus have been drawn into Group A of the UEFA Champions League group stage, where they will face Premier League champions, Manchester City and Bundesliga club, RB Leipzig. The group also includes French club Lille, who won their first Ligue 1 title in a decade last season.
Group A Likely to Be Closely Contested
Juventus will be favored to progress from the group, but they will face a challenge from Manchester City, who have won three of the last four Premier League titles.
RB Leipzig will also be a threat, having reached the semi-finals of the Champions League in 2020. Lille are the underdogs in the group, but they will be hoping to cause an upset.
Juventus Aim for Sixth Champions League Title
Juventus will be hoping to win their sixth Champions League title, having last won the competition in 1996. The Bianconeri have reached the final seven times in the past 12 years, but they have been beaten in each of the last two finals.
Massimiliano Allegri's side will be confident of their chances of reaching the latter stages of the competition, but they will need to be at their best to overcome Manchester City, RB Leipzig, and Lille.
